On 20th July, 2011, Friendship Forum of India, New Delhi, honoured Mr. K. Raghuram , Convenor – MOHAN Foundation, Andhra Pradesh, with the "Bharat Excellence Award" for outstanding service to society in the field of organ donation. Mrs. Lalitha Raghuram, Country Director, MOHAN Foundation, received the "Mahila Sree" award from them for her meritorious service rendered to the society for the past 25 years. Mr. G.V.G. Krishnamurthy, Ex-Chief Election Commissioner commended the services rendered by the couple. He mentioned with pride that the couple hailed from his state and that he was proud of them.
