This can be accessed on www.mohanfoundation.org/inos.This registry in the first phase is being implemented in INOS group of hospitals in Tamil Nadu (Apollo Hospital, Sri Ramachandra Medical College, Sundaram Medical Foundation - all from Chennai and Christian Medical College Hospital, Vellore).
