One-Year Post Graduate Diploma in Transplant Coordination and Grief Counselling

The one-year online program on 'Post Graduate Diploma in Transplant Coordination and Grief Counselling' was successfully concluded in December 2023. Supported by the SBI Foundation and SBI Card, a total of 38 candidates fulfilled the course requirements and were conferred with course completion certificates.
Course curriculum included concepts of organ donation and transplantation, donation and transplant guidelines during the COVID-19 outbreak in India, legal and ethical aspects, medical aspects, grief counselling, and transplant coordination. Study materials were disseminated through an e-learning platform to ensure convenient access to resources, enabling a flexible pace of learning.

Within the course framework, virtual contact sessions were conducted using the Zoom platform, enabling participants' engagement and interactive discussions. Experts across the country were on the faculty board. The webinars also involved activities like quizzes and discussions that kept the participants engaged in the learning process.
