MOHAN Foundation was awarded the Grant Thornton (Bharat) SABERA (Social and Business Enterprise Responsible Awards) in the “Most Innovative Development Sector Project” in the under 5 crore category. The same was announced during the online award event held on 10 December 2020. The award acknowledged the innovative ways in which MOHAN Foundation has used technology in facilitating the noble cause of organ donation– such as its brain death declaration and maintenance apps for medical professionals, the web-based registries for some state governments, its 24 x 7 National helpline and donor registry, and the online training courses for medical and paramedical professionals.
