MOHAN Foundation in partnership with AORTA (Army Organ Retrieval & Transplant Authority) under the aegis of NOTTO (National Organ &Tissue Transplant Organisation) supported by Office of DGMS (Army) IHQ of MoD (Army) successfully completed the training on ‘TRANSPLANTCOORDINATION’ from August 7-11, 2018 held at Army Hospital (Research and Referral) Delhi Cantt, New Delhi. This was the third trainingheld in partnership with AORTA and was conducted under the guidance of Col P.K Sharma (Director, AORTA). The transplant coordinatorstraining programme started with an inaugural function where the Chief Guest was Lt Gen Sanjiv Chopra, Director General of Health Services(Army). At the valedictory function, Lt Gen U.K Sharma, Commandant, Army Hospital (R&R) gave away completion certificates to 41 delegateswho successfully completed the course. Lt Col Sandhya V Nair, Transplant Coordinator, Army Hospital (R&R) coordinated the training schedulewith the MOHAN Foundation team.
