MOHAN Foundation, Bangalore, in association with BNES College organized an Organ Donation solidarity meet on 28^th November 2011 on the occasion of Organ Donation Day. The programme was inaugurated by Honourable Deputy Mayor Sri Harish. The other dignitaries who were present were Dr. H. Sudarshan Ballal, Medical Director - Manipal Health Enterprises, Dr. K. Bhujang Shetty, Chairman-Narayana Nethralaya, Prof. K.E. Radhakrishna, Chairman-BNES College, Dr. Sreenivasa, Director-Sanskrit University, Karnataka, Prof. H.N. Ramachandra, Principal-BNES Pre-University College, Prof. M.S. Krishnamurthy, Principal- BNES Degree College and Mrs. Lalitha Raghuram, Country Director- MOHAN Foundation. On this occasion, MOHAN Foundation officially launched the Kannada Donor Card.

All the dignitaries unanimously decided to pledge their organs by signing Donor Cards and expressed their willingness to support the organ donation programme in Karnataka. To express their solidarity towards this noble cause, more than 300 students and faculty members of BNES College along with the representatives from various hospitals and media took part in the Signature Campaign held at BNES Campus.
